Nova Scotia Lands
NS Lands is working with the Sydney Steel Plant Museum in what is believed to be the first fully digital outdoor museum in Nova Scotia. NS Lands is creating interpretive panels for the park and placing Tapnbe Big Yellow Tags on the Panels to connect the panels to online content such as videos.
Charm Diamond Centres
Charm Diamond Centres created an amazing Tapnbe landing page to provide its customers with the best Black Friday deals right in their store and directly on customer's smartphones. With a simple scan or tap of the Tapnbe Big Yellow Tag, customers could instantly see those deals on their smartphones.
Mayflower MallThe Mayflower Mall used Tapnbe to provide shoppers with a summary of the best deals throughout mall, right on their smartphones. They could "tap" or "scan" the Big Yellow Tag at any of the three main entrances to see the deals in an instant.
Museum executive director Mary Pat Mombourquette said it's the first year the technology has been used at the museum and they're pleased with it.
"It augments our exhibit, which is always helpful - people always want to know a little bit more. It's fairly easy to use," she said. "The content can be updated right here, it's great when you can update your own stuff and do your own corrections it just makes life a whole lot easier."
Old Sydney Society
The Old Sydney Society manages four historical properties in Sydney, Nova Scotia. They placed a Tapnbe Big Yellow Tag on the exterior of the four building to provide locals and tourists with information about the history of the buildings and to allow them to connect instantly with the Society.
Open Hearth Park
At Open Hearth Park in Sydney, Nova Scotia the Sydney Steel Museum is using the Tapnbe Mobile Engagement Platform to create a fully digital outdoor museum. The museum will preserve the history of the steel plant that was once present at the site. Videos of the steel plant can be immediately accessed by scanning or tapping the Tapnbe Big Yellow Tags that are on the interpretive panels throughout the park.
The Sandbar Lounge in Dominion, Nova Scotia is getting great mileage from the Tapnbe Mobile Engagement Platform. They have two Tapnbe Big Yellow Tags on site in the lounge to provide their customers with instant access to their daily event listings and their full kitchen menus. Tapnbe requires no technical expertise which means it is easy for the staff of the Sandbar to update their landing pages every week. Every Tapnbe landing page comes with its own unique short web link and the Sandbar takes full advantage of this by posting their menus and events landing pages on social media every week.
